All registrations are final. Rescheduling or shifting to another event or batch is not permitted.
- Books & Magazines (Digital or Physical):
All purchases of literature — whether printed or in digital format (eBooks, PDFs) — are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Digital Products & Downloads:
All digital materials including recordings, presentations, downloadable PDFs, or resource kits are non-refundable post-delivery or access.
- Religious and Spiritual Products:
Due to their sacred and personal nature, all sales of spiritual tools, religious items, and customized goods are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. No Transfer, Rescheduling, or Adjustments
- Registrations for courses, seminars, or workshops are non-transferable to another individual, course, or future session.
- Fees paid for one product or service cannot be adjusted against any other offering across our platform.
4. Duplicate or Excess Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error:

- Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
