All orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of confirmed payment.
During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.

Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

6. Damaged, Tampered, or Lost Packages
If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at info@iriw.in with photos.
In case of a lost shipment, we will liaise with the courier service. Once verified, we may issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
